The Florida Podiatric Medical Student Association (FPMSA), the recognized student government of all Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery students, is committed to representing the interests and advocating for issues facing the student body. The student government was established with the understanding that there is a constant need to provide for the representation of students and their interests on campus and the community. The FPMSA also aims to advocate for student concerns and lobby for higher quality of student life. The FPMSA sponsors and coordinates student organizations, social events, community service activities, workshops, seminars, and cultural events to stimulate individual and group participation in BUSPM and enhance students’ podiatric medical education. We seek to foster meaningful student development through leadership, community service, and medicine.
